It can sometimes be difficult to share what is happening. Often, we don’t want to burden or worry those who care for us; or we may feel uncomfortable talking to people that we know.

Managing alone may lead to increased worries, anxiety, stress, anger, sadness and feelings of helplessness that can interfere with our ability to manage our life and enjoy the people and things around us.

All of this can be changed with professional counselling.  My aim for all clients is to feel listened to and supported to share whatever it is that interferes with wellbeing and then helped to find a way to manage and live and experience a better life at any age or life stage.
